Transforming gardens in September

Ahead of the colder months, Moe's Group has been busy with various projects in the Stroud District to overhaul gardens in readiness for winter and beyond. This one in particular is quite special. Using the existing three tiers, we turned something a little ordinary into something extraordinary starting with the stunning mosaic patio that was laid using reclaimed paving slabs. Using the slide or sloped bank reaches the middle tier where we levelled the lawn which, together with the wildflower meadow bank, adds a natural feel to this modern garden. Then finally, on the lower tier, we created a children's play area complete with a small sandpit. It's safe to say that this garden has a little bit of everything!

The next project features something relatively new in the world of fencing - PVC posts and panels. Being lightweight, durable, and maintenance-free, this PVC fence solution is cost effective and delivers a very modern finish. We also built a custom, raised bed from engineered sleepers around an existing tree that will be used by our client as a memorial for their pets.

The final project we're highlighting this month is this concrete and brick staircase that leads up to a hidden garden. By building a non-uniform design for the steps, they take up the least amount of space and blend beautifully into the contours of the garden. The finishing touches made to this property were to level the hidden garden and laid fresh turf. These may only be relatively simple tasks but as you can see, they have transformed the garden.
