Job Description:
The Lead Operator will be primarily responsible for executing a list of lawn care schedules and ensuring the highest standards of service are met. This role involves direct hands-on work in lawn maintenance, as well as coordination and oversight of one other team member.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and performing lawn mowing with push mowers and ride-ons.
• Conducting strimming/edging, weed spraying, and seasonal clearances.
• Administering lawn treatment, scarifying, and aeration.
• Maintaining communication with clients for scheduling and feedback.
• Ensuring equipment maintenance and operational safety.
