This exciting landscaping project has simplified garden maintenance
This landscaping project was recently completed at a property in the Cotswolds. Our client contacted Moe's as they wanted to make this area of the garden easier to manage, and the transformation involved several key steps to enhance the overall beauty and practicality of the garden.
To begin, we built a strong, one-metre high retaining wall to support the embankment. After, we reshaped the area, forming level access paths wide enough for ride-on mowers. These paths were then covered with turf, while the banks were sowed with wildflower mixes. When we check back in just a couple of months, this garden will be full of colour, and be much easier for our customer to maintain.
Our flail sped up the process of preparing this property for sale
This property required a lot of work to prepare it for going on the market. With the whole garden overgrown, we initially began working with our flail to clear the area before the team moved in with brushcutters to ensure a neat and tidy finish. At this stage, the ivy was removed from the house to showcase the building, so that potential buyers aren't put off by any unforeseen issues.
We then collected and removed all of the waste to leave the property in great shape and ready to put on sale. If you're in the process of selling, contact Moe's Group today and we'll be more than pleased to help with your next house move.
